IA-Venturas is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform that allows users to create characters, places, scenes, and stories.
2. Account Registration
- You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- The platform can be used by all ages. Users under 13 require parental authorization, which is requested via email.
3. User Content and Intellectual Property
- All stories, characters, and places you create remain your intellectual property.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
- You must not create content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.
4. AI-Generated Content
IA-Venturas uses artificial intelligence to assist in story creation. AI-generated content is based on your inputs and instructions. Content passes through safety filters (GuardRails) to ensure age-appropriateness. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to create or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
- Attempt to circumvent safety filters or content moderation systems.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
- Use automated tools to access our services without authorization.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described therein.
7. Account Termination and Data Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
